This remarkable upper-level dwelling offers peek-a-boo ocean views framed by vibrant tropical flora visible from every window. Equipped with a Daikin mini-split Air Conditioner, this sanctuary ensures you stay cool and comfortable during your Hawaiian retreat.

After a day filled with adventure, relax on your spacious lanai while sipping on a glass of wine and witnessing breathtaking sunsets over the horizon. Please note that access to this exquisite space involves a flight of stairs, which may not be suitable for everyone, as depicted in our images.

You will have exclusive access to the entire top floor of the house, including a private entry and lanai. While your hosts reside downstairs with their amiable whippet mix dog, your upper residence guarantees peace and privacy. This charming space encompasses two bedrooms, one bathroom, a laundry room, and a fully equipped kitchen.

The expansive covered lanai can be accessed from both the living room and the primary bedroom through sliding doors, making it an ideal spot for dining or relaxation while enjoying spectacular ocean vistas. The kitchen features a full-size stove/oven, all necessary cooking essentials, and a large side-by-side fridge/freezer with an ice and water dispenser. Additional appliances include a stainless-steel microwave, toaster, and Keurig coffee maker.

Indoor and outdoor dining arrangements for four allow you to savor meals with majestic sunset views, whether you choose to bask in the tropical breeze or enjoy the comfort of air conditioning.

The cozy living area, complete with a 50" LG smart TV, provides entertainment options for winding down on a comfy three-person couch. Games and books are available for added enjoyment during your stay.

Your primary bedroom includes a luxurious King bed, nightstand, two generous windows, a ceiling fan, and a full closet for your convenience. The secondary bedroom boasts a queen size bed, a nightstand, two large windows, a dedicated workspace, and ample closet space.

The bathroom features a combined bathtub/shower and includes a private sliding door leading to the king bedroom. For your convenience, a completely private laundry room is available for use at any time, stocked with detergent and dryer sheets.

Parking is hassle-free, with free space available on the left side of the driveway, accommodating up to two vehicles (one under a carport).

Feel free to inquire about any amenities or features at your leisure. Your access includes the well-lit upper level of the house and two designated parking spots on the left side of the driveway. The door features a keyless entry smart lock, and you will receive your access code for contactless entry.

Additional amenities include snorkeling gear, boogie boards, beach chairs, towels, an umbrella, a cooler, and even a beach wagon to carry all your beach essentials. Please remember that quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 7 AM, as your friendly hosts reside downstairs with their well-behaved pup, 'Bean.'
