You will have exclusive access to the entire top floor of the house, including a private entry and lanai. While your hosts reside downstairs with their amiable whippet mix dog, your upper residence guarantees peace and privacy. This charming space encompasses two bedrooms, one bathroom, a laundry room, and a fully equipped kitchen.

The expansive covered lanai can be accessed from both the living room and the primary bedroom through sliding doors, making it an ideal spot for dining or relaxation while enjoying spectacular ocean vistas. The kitchen features a full-size stove/oven, all necessary cooking essentials, and a large side-by-side fridge/freezer with an ice and water dispenser. The bathroom features a combined bathtub/shower and includes a private sliding door leading to the king bedroom. For your convenience, a completely private laundry room is available for use at any time, stocked with detergent and dryer sheets.
